Roche senior executives gathered in Basel, Switzerland to hold a press briefing on its swine flu drug Tamiflu, which is now the pharma's fourth biggest selling product. Bill Burns, pharma CEO at Roche, told CNBC the key point of the meeting is that we're not in the predicament of a major pandemic.
